What We Do
Teach From Love offers a variety of growth opportunities for bikram-method yoga teachers:
In 2016 Teri published her first book: The Toolbox: Tools For Teaching Bikram Yoga. It's a reference guide for yoga teachers and recommended reading for anyone with an interest in teaching the Bikram series. You can find it on Amazon.com. Teri is in the early stages of writing a second book all about the postures and medical benefits.

Teach From Love webinars make it possible to add tools to your toolbox from anywhere in the world. We do live webinars every month so that you can actively participate, ask questions, and get the mentoring you need from anywhere in the world.

Since 2022 we have been running an in-depth hot yoga teacher training. This 7-week immersion training includes in- person yoga classes in addition to hundreds of hours of lectures, posture clinics, and tools for teaching. For the foreseeable future, teacher trainings will be in the summers in Massachusetts.

Seminars pack several months’ worth of mentoring information into a one-week format. They include daily yoga classes, lectures on all aspects of Bikram Yoga, posture clinics focused on the anatomy of the postures, and plenty of time for asking questions and connecting with other teachers.
Three-day workshops provide a forum for teachers to ask questions and get reinspired. Check the schedule for upcoming workshops, or schedule a workshop for Teri and Steven to come to your studio and work with your teachers.
Teri continues to open her home to teachers looking to grow. This is an opportunity for one-on-one interaction and personal feedback focused on your individual needs.
