Mentoring With Teri
Send us a short message and we will get back to you with more information about mentoring with Teri. Please include some basic information about yourself such as where you live, when you went to training, your teaching experience, why you want to come for mentoring, when you can come, and anything else you think is relevant.
For many years Teri has opened her doors to Bikram teachers from all over the world. Teachers come anywhere from a few days to a few months at a time.
Teri has a couple of extra bedrooms in her house and teachers who are interested in mentoring are welcome to stay. Often we eat meals together and sit around the kitchen talking about yoga.
The teachers who come and stay are not looking for work; they are looking to grow as teachers. We do not guarantee any number of classes—in some cases you may not teach any classes. But you will have a space to stay, to practice, to talk about yoga, and to grow.

There is no fee for mentoring and your expenses while staying with Teri will be quite low. We do occasionally go out to eat after class and you may want to buy some of your own groceries, but that's about it.

Teachers will be met wherever they are. So if you have never taught a class or you have been teaching for many years, Teri will help you find new inspiration and new tools to improve your teaching.
