Yoga Retreat for Everyone!
Sadly, due to the pandemic, we will need to reschedule the Tasmanian retreat and seminar.

The week after our seminar, Teri and Steven will be hanging around Tranquil Point for the perfect Australian yoga vacation. The retreat is open to everyone—students and teachers—anyone who wants a restorative week of yoga, meditation, and healing food.

Tranquil Point is a magical place. In addition to the beautiful 270° ocean views, the landscape of the Huon Valley will take your breath away. Hopefully not for long—as Tranquil Point has some of the cleanest air in the world. It's a wonderful place to breathe easy, do yoga, relax, learn, and grow.

Part of the magic of Tranquil Point is its intimacy. Teri has been doing seminars at Tranquil Point since 2013 and we know it is the perfect setting for a yoga vacation.

An example schedule:

7:30am - Meditation (or kayaking, or sleeping in)

9:30am - Bikram Yoga

11:30 - Brunch

1pm - In the afternoons there will be free time. Some days we will go on an adventure. At least one day Teri will talk about yoga postures. Most days we can hang out, go for a hike, go swimming or kayaking, read a book, play games etc. 

6pm - Dinner

8pm - Discussion with Teri

Monday, Wednesday, Friday there will be an optional evening yoga class as well.

Arrival Information:
Please arrive into Hobart (HBA) before 2pm on Sunday, March 21st. Saturday afternoon arrival would be great, also.
Departure Information:
Please choose a flight departing after 3pm on Saturday, March 27th.
