Teacher Seminar

There are two events in Costa Rica in 2023. The teacher seminar and also a retreat February 4-11.

Included in your seminar:

Daily Beginner Bikram Yoga in Lila Hall
Lectures and posture clinics during the day
Q&A discussions in the evening
A group private lesson to deepen your understanding of the postures in your own practice.
A signed copy of Teri's book: The Toolbox

Teri Almquist will cover all aspects of teaching Bikram Yoga, including the philosophy of teaching, teaching from the Dialogue, basics of anatomy and physiology and its relationship to the postures, understanding the postures, making corrections, teaching limited and injured bodies, mentoring other teachers, and much more. There will be lots of time for one-on-one interaction with Teri (ask lots of questions).

This seminar is open to anyone who has completed

any 26&2 style teacher training.

Please bring a notebook and your Dialogue.
